My Review:
This was the creepiest D.K. Hood I’ve read yet, and that is saying something! Tension thrummed through the pages and ratcheted up with each chapter. I was loath to put my beloved Kindle down and groaned and even hissed when someone dared to interrupt my rapt perusal. Atmospheric and evocatively detailed, I could feel the chill and sense the fog and impending peril. My shoulders were often up to my ears; I need a spa day to recover from this one.
