Teaser Tuesdays: Die For Me (Revenants, #1) 16

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab you current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

This week’s Teaser Tuesdays is…

I spent the rest of the day in someone else’s story. The rare moments that I put the book down, my own pain returned in burning stabs.

…off the book Die For Me (Revenants, #1) by Amy Plum.

POST the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays for the week on the comments below or just post your actual answer if you want.

Deep! That’s such a terrific teaser. Isn’t true how reading can, for the moment, take your mind off your own worries and immerse you in someone else’s?

Thank you. It does take my mind off my own life for a brief moment, then the book ends and I’m back to reality.

      Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
